I have been invited to two events today but think I might just stay home....feeeling lazy!

It's been raining here all morning....the sunshine was sure nice yesterday. I'm hoping it returns tomorrow I have a little more yardwork to get done in the morning.
Starting to get ready for my surgery this week...so glad it should be the last big procedure for me but I know this will a tough one.
Gotta talk to you about doing lunch again....I found a couple more folks who I think can join us. I'll send you a PM in a day or so.

OK - gotta go...lots of housework to be done today....big cleaning before I leave for surgery.

Yes Ruth I did get it. Havent done anything with it yet. yes let me know about lunch. That would be fun.
I am busy next week as Passover is on Monday and I will be down south till Wednesday.
April 9 and 10th I am going to Lake city camping with a bunch of people I found on the internet.

CAMPING!! That sounds kind of fun.....
I'm thinking end of April or first week May.. I'm having surgery this coming Thursday and given the procedures I'm having I don't think I'll be up to doing any long drives for at least 4-6 weeks but I'll play it by ear.
Anyhow, I'll keep you posted.

Good morning, Carla and everyone on OFF,
It's still morning here :). I "slept in" until almost 7 a.m., lol. We're having one more sunny, gorgeous day before cooler temperatures and rain move in. That's OK, we need the rain to bring the green grass.
Yesterday was a fantastic day. Our grandson came over and we went walking. Everything is still kind of wintery-looking in the woods but we know spring is on the way! Last night the youngest and I went to see the high school production of "Beauty and the Beast" and it was really really good!

Wow, some great basketball yesterday on the NCAA tournament ... one great upset of No. 1 Kansas by Northern Iowa ... wow, that was something else. I know most of you aren't following it, but it keeps me entertained (and gets me through my reading, too).
I might have a freelance job, doing typing, transcribing and editing for a book by a former Press guy ... one of my former coworkers posted it on Facebook, so I messaged him and he got back to me. Doesn't pay much, but it'll keep me busy at least. And maybe it's a start to something else. I've been thinking of posting something on Craig's List anyway for freelancing. Editing, proofing, typing, etc. See what I can get. Just want something to stay busy and occupied. My mind is going to mush.
No big plans today ... just basketball, laundry and litter boxes (didn't do the litter boxes yesterday, so they're a must today). Not much laundry, either ... don't wear much, so don't have much to wash.
Anyway, have a good day. Enjoy whatever it is you're doing. At least it stopped snowing here and it's melting what it left behind yesterday on the grass.

I listen to all her suggestions since she has been so successful.
Had a very busy week..Carla took time out of her busy schedule to join me at support meeting at Tampa General on Tuesday It was a nutritionist meeting...it was very good ..lots of details on vitamins...On Friday I joined a friend for some dancing..i loved it and its great form of exercise...Having trouble getting all my protein in and I dont exercise as much as I should...I promise this week to be more diligent ..I do so want to be as successful as you all... Have a great week...lol
